Chemistry
What do I already know?
Atoms compose of Protons, Neutrons, & Electrons.
Protons and Neutrons are located inside the Nucleus and Electrons are located outside the Nucleus in Energy Levels.
The Periodic Table contains Metals, Nonmetals and Metalloids.
In a chemical equation the Reactants are on the left side and the Products are on the right side.
Questions I still have and researched:
What allows a chemical change to occur to matter?
W
hat did I learn?
When an atom gains electrons it becomes electrically charged, it is called a/an ion.
Periodicity is the tendency to show a regular repeating pattern.
The five categories of a chemical reaction is Synthesis, Decomposition, Single-Replacement, Double-Replacement, & Combustion Reactions
